Do you ever feel really sad? Emberessed? Overwhelmed?
This is one mad dream. But. Whatever comes. Just letting it flow through. If you have some thought, a belief that some baffling upset, this means something, then your mind will try to fix it. And you'll prolong suffering. Personally, sadness is lovely if it comes. Overwhelmed, occasionally some stressed feeling just breathing, reminder...it's only a dream, no mistakes are possible, feeling whatever is there. It's easy to confuse excitement with being overwhelmed since dull, mundane existence is what you were used to for so long. Conditioning says "calm down, lie low, stay small" but there's no need for this. Shout, jump, live, feel free. I don't get embarrassed. I can laugh at my own antics. I'm the only one here, so no need to worry. No one is looking at you. It can't happen unless you think it can. An imagining. Embarrassment is a type of fear. If it comes up then go into it, feel it even more, so you can reduce the charge. Self consciousness is a facet of the tension that holds the false self together.
I have not read his books completely, just parts of them, but I'm sure they are excellent. Here, I had to write my own books. You can read some of my writing at https://theendoftwo.com/spiritual-autolysis/f/writing-your-own-story
